In an age where social media constantly bombards us with curated images of perfection, it’s easy to lose sight of our own worth. Many believers in Christ struggle to reach their full potential, not because they lack resources or ability, but because they become too focused on the lives of others. This outward focus often leads to self-doubt and feelings of inadequacy, preventing them from pursuing their true calling.
Consider this: when listening to podcast interviews with successful individuals, they often highlight their achievements, not their struggles. On social media, people showcase the best parts of their lives while hiding their hardships. This creates a false narrative of perfection that can make others feel inadequate, leading them to abandon their dreams.
The truth is, everyone faces challenges and setbacks. Believing that only a select few are destined for success is a misconception. As a child of God, you are affirmed and accepted, with all the resources of heaven at your disposal. You possess spiritual power to navigate life’s challenges. The Bible says, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well” (Psalm 139:14).
To achieve greatness, focus on yourself. Every morning, affirm, “I am enough.” Throughout the day, remind yourself, “I am enough.” Before bed, say, “I am enough.” Write it where you’ll see it often. You are enough because you are a child of God.
By focusing on yourself and not comparing with others, you’ll uncover the greatness within you. Claim your success and peace of mind because you are more than enough.
