Black Panther’s Letitia Wright on how God called her to be the light in the movie industry.

In 2016, She shared with Premier Gospel why she decided to quit acting to strengthen her relationship with Christ and how six months after God gave her the vision to use acting as a ministry platform, “I was so determined to not go back to acting. I was like this (being an actress) is sinful, I can’t do this. This is bad, and then I remember God was just speaking to me before the start of the new year. This new year and He was like, this (being an actress) is your ministry, like not everyone is meant to be a pastor… Where he (Jesus) takes me, that’s where I need to spread the love of God because peoples souls are dying, my soul was dying and he saved me – so I can’t keep this to myself. I need to tell people on set.
